If we try to change the font size of the text in the description the drop down list of TinyMCE isn´t shown. The drop down list works fine, if we are at the beginning of the text. If we scroll down the text it isn´t shown. The problem only exists in event espresso.

Ok, so, I see those are from the TinyMCE Advanced
The font sizes are loading, but they are loading off the page when the page has been scrolled. As far as I can tell this is an issue with TinyMCE calculating the ‘top’ of those elements incorrectly which basically means they are ‘opening’ on the incorrect location on the page, meaning you can see them.
As a workaround, what you can do is select the text you want to change the font (or any of the dropdown elements, they all do the same thing) and then scroll to the top of the editor and click the font size button. It should display correctly then.
We have a ticket to investigate this further and see if this is something we can fix from within EE but in the meantime the above workaround allows you to use those fields.
