Hello
My WP timezone is set for UTC+3
Events in EE 4.8.13.p are displayed correctly (example 9am-5pm). But when i want to add iCal to calendar, it shows UTC+2 timezone and all events begins 1 hour earlier (e.g. 8am-4pm)

What could be the reason for such behavior?

Hi Ieksejo,

Could you go to WordPress settings and select a city/region near you instead of the UTC option?

Excellent. this has worked!!! thanks.
One more question – why calendar event opens as a meeting in Outlook
(i should invite othres) but not as an appointment
(only for me)?

Hi, I’m not familiar with Outlook so I don’t fully understand your question. Is the event being added to your Outlook calendar?

This is how invitation looks like. You should invite someone for that meeting.

And this is how single calendar appointment looks like. You should not invine anyone and can easily save to my calendar.

As this is appointment only for me, i should not invite anyone to that

Okay, the file that is downloaded is an iCal file which is used with Apple Calendar and should also be compatible with Google Calendar.

It may be that Outlook is looking for a different parameter. I’ll ask to see if someone on our team has outlook so we can test this further.
