Hello EE4, We are facing time issue of event start date and end date. I have changed timezone from general setting to Australia/Sydney. In a listing of event , event start date is different then the start date that is visible when we edit. Even in receipt, the time is different. Please review screenshot. Both above screenshot having same time and its fine. But other two screeshot , i.e. order receipt and listing shows different time. Hi Vince, The solution for this around 80% of the time is you find the plugin that’s causing a conflict, and either disable the plugin or fix it. This is because some plugins use the date_default_timezone_set() function, which has the unintended effect of resetting the timezone in different places of your WordPress website. When you find the plugin that’s causing the issue, you can share this information with the developer of that plugin: https://weston.ruter.net/2013/04/02/do-not-change-the-default-timezone-from-utc-in-wordpress/ |

Hi Josh, We have deactivated all other plugins. We have Activate only Event Espresso. See below screenshot. I have updated an Event that is Highlighted in below screenshot. Then refreshed the Event Listing page in admin.Still the issue exists. Please check screenshot. Date and Time in both screenshot is different. Thanks |

Hi josh, https://drive.google.com/a/elsner.in/file/d/0Byc_e_Ief8vRUnJOODlTS3BVOFE/view?usp=drivesdk ics file also shows different time. It must shows 6:30 istead it showing 2 Please !! |
Hi Vince,
Event Espresso (and WordPress) store timestamps in the database as UTC, then apply the offset from the local timezone where ever times are displayed. So the [DTT_EVT_start] field from your screenshot is actually correct, that’s a representation of the raw data from the database. With regards to you ical times not being synced, can you post a link to the event page so we can investigate further? |
