I previously had a programmer fix the issue on my site where the time was not saving as the correct time on any event. It was not because of a theme conflict, or another plugin, but he eventually tracked it down and said that the issue was something like this (and I quote):
“_convert_to_timezone_from_utc_unix_timestamp function converts to utc when not necessary because values are already stored in timezone in the database”
Unfortunately it is happening again after updating, and he is not available right now to fix it. He had wanted to alert you to the issue, but didn’t get the chance before going on a trip. Any chance this could be fixed?

Hi Trent, datetimes for Event Espresso are stored as UTC in the database and then they are adjusted based on the timezone for your city/region.
This city/region is set for in the general settings area of your WordPress site.
Incorrect datetimes are usually caused by a UTC time setting instead of a city/region and/or a combination of another plugin that is incorrectly using date_default_timezone_set:

With that mentioned, are you on the latest version of Event Espresso 4?
If so, are you using any other plugins that interact with time in WordPress such as another event plugin / appointment plugin / bookings plugin?
