I had reset my keys 24 hours ago but still they show as pending. It’s urgent.
Please do the needful ASAP. Event espresso is breaking on live site, so please do urgently.

Hi there,

Key reset requests are reviewed by support staff who are usually available Mon-Fri.

I’ve reset you key for you but it’s important to note that the key has no effect on Event Espresso’s functionality so if there is an issue on the site it is unlikely a key reset will fix it.

Can you post details of the problem you are running into?
