Any updates on when the next update is coming with a fix for the time printed on tickets? We are getting emails on a regular basis from attendees asking for confirmation on when their event starts event though it is right there in the screen cap they provide. Nobody is expecting to see the time in military time.

Hi thee,

I’ve just pushed the latest version of Event Espresso (5.0.8.p) live and that version should fix this.

If you don’t see the update available on your site just yet go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and just hit save to force an update check. The update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins.

Thanks Tony. Time format seems to be ok now. Still can’t save datetime descriptions in the legacy editor. Can you confirm that fix was not in this update?

Are you testing setting the description on a new DateTime which you have just created on that same request, or an existing DateTime?

Setting the description on a DateTime that has been save previously should work fine, setting a description on a DateTime that you are creating on that same request will not save the description.
