Hello

I am having an issue with the tickets sold not showing correctly. For example, my event for today is showing 14 sold on the drop down from my phone even after closing out the browser and going back in. When I go into the dashboard 16 are sold.
It is also letting people register for past events, when the ticket option usually disappears. I also set an events tickets to expired and they were still selling.
I noticed this happening after adding the breeze plugin. Not sure how to remedy

Im sure its a caching issue but how do I remedy other than deactivating the plugin

Hi,

It looks like your site has the “Breeze” caching plugin. I’m not very familiar with the plugin but I installed it on a test site and sure enough it does cache event pages, and quite aggressively.

You could add your events into the caching plugin’s “Never Cache these URLs” field. The setting is on the Breeze plugin’s Advanced Settings page.

It looks like adding the following should remove your events pages from the cache:
/awesomeevents/*/
