We use event espresso on hetsocratischgesprek.nl
We have for each date a ticket. Adding a ticket and connect it works.
But after pressing the “Update” button the ticket is not saved. So we are not able to get a ticket for the last date of the course.
Whatever method we are using (duplicate ticket, add new ticket) nothing do work at this moment. Could the event been disrupted?
How many datetimes/tickets do you have within the event?
It sounds like you might be hitting your server’s max_input_vars settings.
Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System information (tab)
Search that page for ‘max input vars’, what value do it show?
