Tickets not registered

Hi,

I’ve had a transaction go through as far as the PayPal payment has been made but I can find no trace of the ticket being registered under that name. Can I find the transaction from the PayPal payment ID somehow?

Possibly. You could also check the timestamps in Event Espresso > Transactions.
