Tickets not being added to the cart

We have a new event found here: https://pastinnovationlab.org/events/rock-on-the-dock and for some reason you are unable to add anything to the cart. You’ll add the event to the cart but then it says zero events are there. I have also turned on the debug option but nothing seemed out of the ordinary on this particular event.

Hi Ryan,

Are you still having problems with the above event?

I’ve added tickets to the cart, cleared the cart, re-added an modified the cart without any problems.

Which browser are you using?

Yes this is still an issue. I’m not really sure how this worked for you. Did you visit https://pastinnovationlab.org/events/rock-on-the-dock, choose quantity of 1 and then add to cart? You can see in the popup the message of ‘There are currently 0 items in the Event Cart.’.

I’m on chrome currently.

Hi Ryan,

I checked your site and I can see in the source that there are two copies of the jQuery library being loaded. There should only be one or you’ll see conflicts. The second one needs to be removed. Usually it’s a theme function or another plugin that erroneously adds the extra copy.
