Tickets not approving

Hi,

Ticket links are giving a “Hello,
Your ticket(s) are not available because your registration(s) are not approved. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the site administrator.”

Messages all say complete in green, any ideas?

May I ask what is the Registration Status for that registration?

Status is showing as approved.

I just changed the website url to https://nicecon.co.uk from just nicecon.co.uk and it’s let me in.

Ignore than last response, it was to the App problem, not this one.

If you go to Event Espresso > Registrations and click on one of the ticket icons in the Actions column does the ticket display?

May I ask do you have the ticketing add-on activated, and if so what’s its version number?

Hi Jeff,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Click on the HTML link, do you see ‘Ticket’ in the active section?

If it’s inactive, drag it to active.

If it’s already active, drag it over to Inactive wait a few seconds and drag it back to active (this just confirms that the setting is in sync).

Do you now see the ticket icon on registrations?

If not can you link me to an event I can run a test on?
