Tickets booked – no payment

Hi,

I had a booking come through my system this morning, fully processed and marked as paid. However no payment was actually made. I have paypal set as the only payment option. In the attendee table the ‘option’ and ‘type’ fields are both blank. Whereas all my others have General Admission in the option and paypal in the type

The tickets have been issued to the patron. I contacted them to ask how this happened (Luckily i know the personally) and the said they simply put in their details hit submit and it was done.

I have now changed the status to incomplete and issued an invoice.

Hi Matthew,

Do you have access to the server’s error logs? If you can find the time on the error log when this registration was made, it might just give us some clues as to what went wrong.

Aside from that, we could check a few settings in the admin. If you can send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/ we can take a look.

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
