Tickets are not pulling in my info

EE4.
The tickets are not pulling the correct info. The address is reading as 123 Onna RoadPO Box 123Inna City,ArizonaUnited States12345. I’ve double checked, and everything is up to date, it just isn’t coming through correctly. Is there an update?

Hi Skorby,

Is this within the Invoices or Tickets?

The invoice gateway has its own set of settings for this, if you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.

You’ll find a section for ‘Payee Address’, is the address stored there?
