Tickets are in one pdf

Dear,
when a customer buys several tickets, the customer can download it as one pdf document.
Is it possible that each ticket be a single pdf?
Now the costomer can not send a ticket to a friend.
It would be very nice.

Maybe it is possible to send the tickets as pdf to the mail adres?

Hi Jazzy,

That isn’t currently possible as the registrant/attendee is granted access to all tickets that they have access for.
