We’ve purchased the ticket add-on. When I register for an event, I’m not receiving an email with the tickets. How are the tickets accessed/printed?

Hi there,
Do you have the EE4 Ticketing add-on installed and activated on your site?
This is what you should see on your plugins menu – http://take.ms/trrKr

OK, so by default the tickets are only sent in the ‘Ticket Notice’ message, which is triggered when a registration is approved.
If it’s a paid ticket you are testing are you paying for that ticket?
Also, if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates
Do you see both the ‘Ticket’ and ‘Ticket notice’ message templates listed there – http://take.ms/WrvgQ

I see the messages. I have designed the ticket. But when I complete a registration, I’m not getting the ticket emailed to me and I can’t figure out why. I’ve tried it with different email accounts. I’ve checked my spam folder. I don’t see the tickets.

Just to be clear, you won’t have an actual ticket/pdf etc emailed to you, you’ll get a message with a link you can use to open up the ticket.
So if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message queue
Do you see the Registration Approved (by default there would be 2) and the ticket notice? Like this – http://take.ms/mzY6U

Oh so non of your emails are being generated, not just tickets.
Usually that happens when something is wrong with WP Cron on your site (your host may have disabled it). If you go to:
Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings
You’ll find the option ‘Generate and send all messages’, set that to ‘On same request’ and restest. Does it work for you then?

Thanks. It was sent to ‘On separate request’
Will test and let you know.
