I have set an event with 5 types of ticket, all looks good on my page builder. yet when I publish it deletes the last 3 type of tickets and only publishes two types on my page. Never had this problem before. |
Hi there, Generally when this happens its because your hitting your servers max_input_vars limit, whilst I cant be 100% sure as we don’t have details its quick and easy to fix if you have FTP access. If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information Search for max_input_vars, is it set to 1000? If so follow you can edit your sites .htaccess file and add something like:
Then refresh the above page and confirm it shows 3000 and retest to see if you have the same problem. If you are unsure on how to add the above you can contact your host and they should be able to increase the max_input_vars value set on the server for you. |

Hi. it was set to 1000. It has now been changed to 3000 but my tickets are still missing. |
Hmm ok, it could still be an input issue if the theme/plugins on the site are adding a huge amount of inputs although it would be strange just to stop at 2 tickets. You run through the steps to rule a theme and plugin conflict out from here: |

No idea how to do this. What is it asking to upload, my current theme? Where do I find this? |
The troubleshooting checklist doesn’t ask you to upload your theme. If you cannot deactivate the other plugins and switch to a default theme, then you could install the Health Check plugin and use Health Check’s Troubleshooting mode to rule out a plugin or theme conflict. After you install Health Check, you go to WP > Dashboard > Heath Check > Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists? |

It has given me the following information PHP Version 5.6.32 – For performance and security reasons, we strongly recommend running PHP version 7.2 or higher. Loopback request The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.<br>Error encountered: (0) cURL error 7: couldn’t connect to host |
You’ll actually to go to the Troubleshooting tab of the Health Check plugin, then follow these steps: 1) Enable Troubleshooting Mode, |
