When testing the ticketing app I occasionally get the error “Not authorized to access that endpoint” when I scan a QR or try to manually check-in. It seems to only occur when I have the app open on 2 separate devices, both running HD. Any thoughts on the possible issue?
Generally, when this error appears, its related to a typo in the credentials or a limited login (less than an admin) is in use.
It sounds like you are experiencing something different where this happens when two devices are accessing the site via the API.
Are both devices up to date for the OS software?
