Ticketing Addon Not Showing Admin menu

I just purchased and installed EE4, with several different add-ons.

I am able to see the “barcode scanner” under the add-ons section however I am not able to see an area to modify or customize the tickets.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Mike, the ticketing add-on templates is managed through the Messages System which handles notifications. You can reach it by going to Event Espresso –> Messages.

You’ll now be viewing the messages overview screen. Look for Ticket in the list of message types:
