Dear
The ticketing add on disappeared from the eventespresso menu in wp.
Please help.

Hi there,

The ticketing add-on does not add a menu item within the Event Espresso menu.

Do you mean within the messages section?

Yes, the customers don’t receive the tickets anymore. I don’t find the ticket message in the messages section.

Have you gone to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings > HTML messages and activated the Ticketing message type?
