Hi there, I have uploaded and activated the printable ticketing add-on, however it is not showing up in my dashboard with event espresso, so I can’t access it. Everything I have is up to date and current so how can I access it?
To confirm it’s working go to Event Espresso > Messages and check to see if the Ticket and Ticket Notice messages are there (you may need to go to the second page in the table list).
If they are not, check the Settings tab on that page and see if the messages are in the Inactive Message Types box. If they are drag them to the Email settings box (yeah I know weird name for it) and they will be come active.
