Hi,

I’m using the EE3-version on mythnacht.be. I’m having some issues with the ticket-link in the confirmation-mail towards the clients, especially in mails for multiple attendants.

Sometimes one of the ticket-links (ticket_launch) mentioned in the email is contructed wrong, it contains weird ascii-chars:
http://www.mythnacht.be/?ti%20cket_lau%20nch=true&id=455&r_id=2-55facd381875a&html=true

In the beginning it seemed quite random, but after a few cases I detected it was mainly the 8th ticket-link in a mail, and only that one!! Users can order up to 10 tickets at once, and the link behind ticket nr. 8 is mostly “corrupted”.

Can you please give me with some feedback on this issue? Can I perhaps disable the “ticket_launch”-hook and use a normal “donwload” instead? How can I do this?

Thanks.

Thomas.

Hi,

A little update on this issue. In one of the latest emails send, the ticket-link did not contain my website-address. This was the corrupt link:
http:/?ticket_launch=true&id=2073&r_id=3-57f6b10053509&html=true

Where i’d expect it to be:
http://www.mythnacht.be/?ticket_launch=true&id=2073&r_id=3-57f6b10053509&html=true

So it’s not always messed up with ascii-characters.
