Is it possible to give 10% discount when people buy 5 or more tickets at once?

what if you have 3 different ticket options(A,B,C) at different prices and you have a person buy 2 ticket A, 2 ticket B and 1 ticket C. You want to give a volume discount based on number of tickets (10% off if purchase 5 or more tickets)?

Currently we don’t have conditional promotions which would be required for the above.
You would need to create a new ticket option combining all of the mpricing together for the user to select within EE.
