This has happened a few times (but very rare) but sometimes the ticket still states ‘Goes on Sale…’ when the ticket is live. Had a phonecall this morning from someone with this issue trying to book on a course. I changed the opening date to a few days ago to see if that helped but still didn’t work. Any idea what could have caused this and how it could be fixed?
Generally, if you’ve made a change on the site and it hasn’t updated on the front end it because your site has been cached and the cached page is being served.
Can you link me to the event in question so I can take a look?
If there is more than one ticket on the event don’t forget to let me know which ticket I should be looking at.
