Hi there – the ticket selectors on all of our events seem to have disappeared overnight. As far as I can tell, we haven’t changed anything our end, and we had bookings yesterday.
I can paste the selector shortcode in manually and it all works – but I have 76 events (so lot of work), and also don’t want to risk it suddenly re-appearing and all of the events then having two selectors… Can you help?

Hi there,
Something must have changed for this to suddenly stop working, did you update any plugins or the theme recently?
I don’t recommend updating the events to use the shortcode for the same reason you mentioned, the Ticket selector should be automatically injected, so once that is working again you will end up with 2 ticket selectors.

Thanks Tony – turns out it was something to do with the option ‘grab the first post image’ in my theme options (Divi). Turned that off, and all now seems well. Case closed.
