Hello!
I’ve created an event with multiple dates/times and I’ve created a single ticket for each one. When I view the event I see two identical ticket selectors under the Date/Times and before the Location information.
Template page:
Singe Events Page
Display Banner: no
Display Venue: yes
Custom display: no
Event List pages:
Display banner: no
Display description: no
Display ticket selector: no
Display date time: no
Display venue details: yes
Display expired events: no
Custom display order: no
Ticket Selector template:
Show ticket details: no
Show ticket sale info: no
Show expired tickets: no
I’m not using an EE child theme, I’ve checked the template files and don’t see old templates in the directory, and I’ve searched the forum for answers. I just purchased the calendar add-on, updated EE, and updated to the latest WP, I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled plug-ins. I use WP Engine to host my site. Maybe one of these things has something to do with it? I’m not quite sure what do at this point.

Hi PH,
Which theme are you using o the site? If you either temporarily switch to, or preview, a default theme such as TwentyFourteen and retest the page does it then show a single set of details?
We sometimes see this when the theme is doing something very strange to output the details so its likely being cause by the theme (but also possibly a plugin)

Ugh. I’m using Cryout Creation’s Nirvana theme. I did a preview with TwentyFourteen, but I’m still seeing it listed twice. I’ll go over the plug-ins again…

It might be a plugin if there’s a plugin that’s running filters on the_content or the_excerpt.
