My website http://www.ttabamiruka.com was operating perfectly when eventespresso EE4 was upgraded and suddenly, the [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=”your_event_identifier”] sends an error code:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function espresso_event_link_url() in /homepages/45/d175500630/htdocs/Ttabamiruka/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/ticket_selector/EED_Ticket_Selector.module.php on line 184

I don’t know what is going on and my site is down. Can I get some help ASAP?

Hi Benjamin,

Login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Then deactivate Event Espresso.

Then login to your WordPress root with an SFTP or FTP client such as Cyberduck or FileZilla and then browse to this location:

wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/ticket_selector/

Rename the existing EED_Ticket_Selector.module.php file to EED_Ticket_Selector.module.php.old.

Then download this updated copy to your computer:

http://cl.ly/code/2Y2913452Y3U

Then upload to the location above. Once the upload has finished, go to WordPress Plugins and reactivate Event Espresso.

Let me know if this helps!

Lorenzo

Hi there,
