I just created 4 new events and all the sudden the ticket selector is not on the page. I’ve never had this problem and haven’t changed anything with our site since creating events a few months ago.
I checked that page and it appears someone has added some CSS with the intent to hide the ticket selector. Here’s a screenshot of the page’s source that shows the CSS:
It’s not clear where that CSS is from, it’s possibly coming from one of the theme’s template files. Is it possible to check with the individual that works on the site’s theme and see if they can remove that CSS?
