I know there is another topic on this here

But I failed to resolve the problem using the suggestion given there.
I am using EE4.

Hi Jamal,
Could you double-check that the ticket selector was not turned off through the event editor? There is an option in the top right area of the screen.
If that is already set to yes, then please try switching to any other WordPress theme through Appearance –> Themes and let us know if it appears.

Yes, I already tried the default theme. And I did check the ticket selector option. I even reset database, deleted & reinstalled the plugin. The only thing I have not try is, to reinstall wordpress.
Meanwhile, I have to use other plugin as we need a system urgently.

Hi Jamal,
Thanks for running through those additional troubleshooting steps.
So it does not appear even when only Event Espresso is running and you are using a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen)?
Are there any other plugins on your site that have an events management feature? If you are not sure, then could you share a list of the plugins that are running on your site?
Also, could you create an event called test with an event description of test and then publish and share a link to that event here please?
