I just created a test event and did the whole setup. I embed the event on a page but for some reason the ticket selector does not show up. Only the orange registration button show up. I think its because of the recent update. I on the latest wordpress using optimizepress theme. I have tried disabling all my plugins and changed the theme to twentyfifteen. Still the same problem. Is there something that broke with the update.
Thanks for getting back to me. By reinstall you mean deleting the plugin and uploading it again? Or is there supposed to be a reinstall option that I have not come across yet. Because if it is deleting plugin and adding it again then I have already done that. But are you sure that would delete the event because the events were still there. I can do it again.
I also have a number of event espresso addons. Could they be interfereing?
Hello again, glad to hear this is working. I had one more question. Earlier you mentioned that you tried a re-install (delete plugin and install again).
Was that done manually or through the WP dashboard?
If it was done manually via SFTP or FTP, then the connection may have timed out which sometimes causes missing files.
