Ticket Selector not loading mobile responsive

We are using the Astra Pro theme with Elementor. The ticket selector shortcode does not load a mobile responsive view. Since our site is not yet launched, it is behind a network login. I can provide this to you directly.

Hi,

Can you check to see if the ticket selector’s stylesheet (ticket_selector.css) is loading on the page? If you can’t check, you can complete the secure form on this page and we can investigate further:

Event Espresso
