I just created a new event and the ticket selector is not on the page: https://www.applyebp.com/events/motor-matters-interventions-autism-april-30-2021/
Other recently made events (created in December) are ok: https://www.applyebp.com/events/co-op-chicago-il/

Hi there,
Looking at the events now they both have a ticket selector, however, checking the source code for each page I’m guessing you’ve added the ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR shortcode into the new event?
Are you using a page builder?
Is the new event using a different page template than the old one?

I found a workaround using the shortcode as I needed the event page to run right away.
The older event posts were based on a page created by a web designer. What I typically do when I create a new event is duplicate an older event (since most info is the same) and work off it. All of a sudden, duplicates do not show ticket selector even when there are tickets and it is set to YES for display ticket selector. Not sure what happened.

Yeah, that’s strange.
The older event has slightly different source code, are both of those events using the same ‘Page Template’? (If you edit the events, in the sidebar you’ll see a section for setting the template).
Are you using a page builder on the site?
