The ticket selector is not displaying on this event page:
http://www.juniorleagueofpensacola.org/events/seafood-festival/
It *is* displaying on all other event pages.
- Tried clearing cache? Yes
- Display Ticket selector = Yes
- Events > Templates > Display ticket selector = Yes
- Event public & published = Yes
- Event end date in future = Yes
- Recently activated any plugins? No
- Recently made any changes to WordPress settings? No
- Duplicate event and see if that somehow fixes thigns? Yes, and no it didn’t work.
- Ticket sales end date in future? Yes
- Ticket sales start date in past? Yes
I really don’t want to have to un-install and re-install EE4 because I’m worried all our work will be lost. This is SO bizarre and has never happened before.
The only thing that works is if I click “embed ticket selector” and put it into the body of the single event page.
What could be going on?

It seems like we cannot display ticket selector on a single event page when your event has more than 15 ticket types ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi there,
I checked and I can see the ticket selector on the event page. Maybe you’ve reduced the number of different ticket types since you posted? What may be happening is your webserver is hitting a query limit for that request while the page generates all of those different ticket options. Which would explain why it works to use the embed because that’s a separate request.
