The ticket selector is not displaying on this event page:
http://www.juniorleagueofpensacola.org/events/seafood-festival/

It *is* displaying on all other event pages.

  1. Tried clearing cache? Yes
  2. Display Ticket selector = Yes
  3. Events > Templates > Display ticket selector = Yes
  4. Event public & published = Yes
  5. Event end date in future = Yes
  6. Recently activated any plugins? No
  7. Recently made any changes to WordPress settings? No
  8. Duplicate event and see if that somehow fixes thigns? Yes, and no it didn’t work.
  9. Ticket sales end date in future? Yes
  10. Ticket sales start date in past? Yes

I really don’t want to have to un-install and re-install EE4 because I’m worried all our work will be lost. This is SO bizarre and has never happened before.

The only thing that works is if I click “embed ticket selector” and put it into the body of the single event page.

What could be going on?

It seems like we cannot display ticket selector on a single event page when your event has more than 15 ticket types ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi there,

I checked and I can see the ticket selector on the event page. Maybe you’ve reduced the number of different ticket types since you posted? What may be happening is your webserver is hitting a query limit for that request while the page generates all of those different ticket options. Which would explain why it works to use the embed because that’s a separate request.
