Hello, We use EE4 (Version 4.10.40.p ), PHP 8
The ticket selector disappears now and then from the website.It’s not clear why.
It is solved when we switch to another theme and then go back to our default theme.
How can we prevent this from happening again?

Hi Gural,
That is highly irregular, and never heard of that happening. Does the pricing option selector disappear or display a message such as that the event is expired or full?

It’s he upper block, with all ticket info… that (sometimes) disappears
The text with event description remains visible…

Newspaper-X a theme by Colorlib
Switching between themes solves the issue, indeed weird.
