after selecting the number of tickets for an event and then going to register button – the following error appears on the screen – this is for all events.

You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed.
I’ve been looking into this and went through your events to duplicate the setup locally as best I could but still can’t reproduce the error you’re getting on later versions without a custom ticket selector template.
So I’m either missing a change specific to your current setup that is then triggering the error or there is a custom template loading from somewhere.
If it’s a custom template then the reason you don’t get the error on 4.10.22.p is that the template is using a format that the version is expecting, that changed in .23+ so then the custom template needs to be updated.
I’d need to see the ticket selector with the latest version active to see if the old format is still in use (meaning an old template).
