We are having problems with our ticket selector showing up twice for all EE4 events. Our webmaster can’t figure how to resolve this issue with the coding and CSS. Is it possible we can purchase a support token and then have you access the server and fix the problem?
Yes that should be possible. We’d need to look through the theme’s files and figure out what it’s doing to the content filter (or whatever else) to make things to display twice, then remove it or set it to not do what it’s doing on the event pages.
If the theme is doing something strange to cause the above it’ll happen everywhere, so that expected.
Just to note, once you have a support token you go to your account page and you’ll see a link to redeem your token. Click that link, provide the all of the requested details there and we can start investigating.
Did you submit the form with the details? The reason I ask is because we haven’t received your information yet. I checked the spam folder too and we haven’t gotten anything from you.
OK it’s fixed now. If the webmaster is curious about the fix, they can look in the theme’s functions.php file and they’ll see the code that was commented out starting on line 809 and ending on line 827.
