Hi,
I just created a new event in EE4 but for some reason the ticket selector feature on the bottom of the page is not appearing. This hasn’t happened before. Any ideas?

Hi Brandon,
This looks like some customizations to your site took a wrong turn somewhere along the way. Here’s a screenshot to help explain:

For some reason there are actually two ticket selectors on the page, and they’re hidden with CSS.

Hi Josh,
Okay, thanks for the information. I have passed this along to our web master. He’s working on fixing the coding. As it stands now the ticket selector does appear but it’s listed twice.

They may need to undo the customization that’s causing the ticket selector to display twice.
