Hi, if i want to use ticket scanning with my Android, what do i need to buy? I’m a bit confused ;). The tickets can be standard. I’m using EE Lite 3.1.36.5. Thanks. |

Hi Mart, Here is information on our ticketing app for Event Espresso 3 which includes a tutorial on how to setup a ticket: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ticketing-add-on/ The ticketing add-on and the JSON API add-on will be needed. Both are included with the business support license for Event Espresso 3. Once you have a business support license, you can upgrade to the regular version of Event Espresso 3 and install the ticketing and the JSON API add-on. — |

Thanks Lorenzo, so that means $ 199.95? Does it work with EE4 Personal? |
|
Hi Mart, you would need the Event Espresso 3 business support license as that supports the JSON API add-on. That add-on allows the mobile apps to communicate with Event Espresso 3 and it isn’t currently available for Event Espresso 4. We do have plans to create that add-on later this year. Thanks — |

Ok Lorenzo, so i don’t need to buy the ticketing add-on in addition to the business license? |
|
Hi Mart, good question. If you purchase the business support license for Event Espresso 3 then you’ll receive the ticketing add-on. It would not be a separate purchase since its part of the business bundle for EE3. You’ll also receive these add-ons: Custom Template Add-on As a support license holder for Event Espresso 3, you’ll also receive a copy of Event Espresso 4 and these add-ons: EE4 MailChimp Integration Thanks again — |

Thanks Lorenzo. I was a bit confused, but now its clear to me. Thanks again, Mart. |
