Hi Danny, please ensure that you have selected a city/region near you and not a UTC option in the general settings area of WordPress.
Event Espresso stores the datetimes as UTC and then adjust them based on the offset for your local region/city.
If that does not help, then it may be a plugin conflict. Try briefly testing with only Event Espresso activated.
Be sure to restore your other plugins after testing.
