I want to be allow an unlimited number of tickets to be sold one type, and a limited of another type, for the same event. That said, upon purchase, I only want them to be able to select one ticket at a time but be able to choose multiple options. For example:
One Exhibitor table for 100 and electric for 50. Quantity is one of each for this order and that is the only thing they can choose…but there needs to be a way for the next customer to come and choose the same option.

Creating two tickets as shown in this screenshot will allow for unlimited ticket purchases for one type of ticket and a limit of 50 for the second type of ticket:
