Hello – I am creating an event to sell booths for exhibitors for our events. The booths range from $12,787 to $475. If I add a ticket for each booth type, event espresso is not allowing the ticket to have a price that high. Is there a limit to how much aticket can cost. Also if there is can I increase it to as high as I need for this ticket?

Thank you for contacting us.
I’ve checked the same in my installation but I cannot reproduce the issue.
By default you can add the maximum amount 0f 1000000.
Can you please let me know what error message is showing when you increase the price?

It’s not giving me an error. When I change the ticket price on the available ticket if I put in 12,000.000 after I save it, it resets to $12.

Hi there,
Are you editing the ticket price through the card or the modal?
Click the stacked icon on the ticket card and select edit ticket
Then click set ticket prices.
Can you see the correct price on that page?
