Ticket Price – Displaying Incorrectly on Ticket

Hi All, Hope this is a simple fix.

When a customer displays a ticket that was received by mail the price shown is incorrect, The payment is processed correctly at the correct price but the price shown on the ticket is not correct.

For example
Ticket Price : R170 (Paid Correct Amount)
Ticket Price Displayed on the Ticket :R1,701.00 (ZAR)

– We use the following shortcode: [TICKET_PRICE].
– Localization is “SOUTH AFRICA”.
– Currency Decimal Places: “2”
– Currency Decimal Mark: “.”
– Currency Thousands Separator: “,”
– Event Espresso – 4.9.45.p

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Andrew,

That’s strange. Normally the ticket price displayed on the ticket will match the set price. Can you complete the form on this secure page so we can investigate further?
