Hi Support,
Is it we able set an expired time for those pending payment ticket? Means after customer add the ticket & pending payment, after 1 days didn’t continue payment will remove from cart.

Because many customer still able purchase ticket after the expired date of event ticket, cause they have add to cart before

Please assist

Hi,

You’d need to manually cancel any of those pending payment registrations because it’s actually a feature that a pending payment registration can pay later.
