Assuming you are using the advanced editor, click on the ‘hamburger’ icon on the ticket and then select ‘Edit ticket’.
A modal should show with details for that ticket, scroll down on that to get to the section Garth is referring to (if you have the WP User integration add-on enabled)
There is also a ‘Visibility’ option for the ticket:
Yep, admin only tickets will only show for admins 🙂
