I have all the post regarding ticket notice and non of them address my issue. I have setup paypal went through the complete process and I still do not receive the email with link to get the ticket. I receive the Event Registration Details, and can manually send them. HELP!!
The ticket notice email is triggered when the registration status is changed to Approved, with a paid ticket (I assume it’s a paid ticket as you mention PayPal) that would usually be when the user registers, pays and then loads the thank you page.
Which PayPal payment method are you using? Express?
If you look within Event Espresso -> Registration does the registration show as ‘Pending Payment’ or ‘Approved’ under the attendee name?
Yes I do see the ticket notice being generated. But was also generated the first time. I changed the ticket to free and I received then email containing the ticket. My next step will be to make it paid and see what happens. Stay tuned.
