Ticket Notice changes do not update

Hello,

I changed/modified the ticket notice (at menu: management) (messages sent to attendees when they have tickets available) but EE sends an old/corrupted message.
I made an costum form and selected the form in the event but still it send sht old layout.
How can the be changed?

Custom tickets now work, but the standard message will not update.

Hello,

What version of Event Espresso are you using for your project? You can find out by going to WP-admin –> Plugins and looking for Event Espresso.

Next, could you be more specific on what is broken in the ticket notice?

For example, are there special characters appearing or odd spacing?
