When I changed the default “Ticket Notice” which is send after you purchase the tickets by email, It don’t change.
I still get the regular version and not the changed version.

And when I take a look, it looks like it has been changed. But when I do a test purchase, it still displays me the default version.
There are two Messenger contexts for the Ticket Notice template. One is the Primary Registrant context (which is disabled by default). The other one is the Registrant context. Did you make an edit to the Primary Registrant Ticket Notice, the Registrant context, or both? What you may be seeing is the result of editing one context, and viewing the message from the other context.
