I want to include the Event Name in the Ticket Notice e-mail. I do not see a shortcode available for just the event name in the e-mail subject or e-mail body. How can I accomplish this?

Hi there,
A single ticket notice email can be sent for a transaction linked to many events so you don’t currently have an ‘EVENT_NAME’ shortcode for that message type.
You can use the EVENT_LIST shortcode within the message body, then in the event list section use any of the event shortcodes available (EVENT_NAME being one of those), however be aware that EVENT_LIST will loop over any events assigned to the transaction and output the details you request in that section.
The other option is to create a custom versions of the ticket notice template for your events and add the event name directly to the message template, then set each event to have its own custom ticket notice email within the events notifications section – http://take.ms/xojt1F
