When someone buys a ticket. On the payment confirmation from any pay gateway. All they get is the ticket code not the ticket name. Accounts is having a problem reconciling because we not sure what the payments for.I know we can track the code if we put effort into it but as a church we run up to 4 ticketed events a month. So this means alot of tickets are bought but we can figure out what the tickets are. All we need is the ticket name to be pulled onto the payment.
Is so you’ll need to contact the developer/support team for that payment method and have them update it to include the ticket name within the details they send to PayFast (or have them add a hook you can use to add those details yourself)
