So I have a person that purchased 5 single tickets and now wants to change the names on them. How can I change the name without changing the contact info for all 5 tickets?
You go into the registration that’s listed 2 of 5, then in the Contact Details box you click the button “Create Contact”. Then repeat for registration 3 of 5 and so on.
That said, if they registered 5 separate times with the same name, then there would be only one contact record attached to. Since there’d be only one contact record associated with the 5 transactions, then the only way to change the names on the tickets would be to cancel the registrations and then add new registrations.
