Hello,
I just updated our EE version and it seems that there are new features in the event back-end page. Do you know what means “Rsrvd” in the “Ticket” section?
Please see here a screenshot of what I mean (on the right, one of the column):

Thanks a lot for your help

Hi there,

‘Rsrvd’ is shortcode for ‘Reserved’ and it basically shows any tickets that have been selected and are considered to be in a ‘session’ but the registration is not yet complete.

One of the uses for tickets to be reserved is to help prevent overselling from users selecting tickets and taking a while to complete the registration/billing forms, in the meantime another user selects the ticket and completes the forms quicker than the first. With Rsrvd tickets the first user reserves their ticket as soon as they select it which prevents the second from selecting the ticket (if it’s the last).

When the session expired the ticket is released back for sale (usually after 1 hours of the user selecting the ticket)
